On Saturday 4th December we lost one of the kindest, warmest and most intelligent people you could hope to meet.
Simon, thank you for your generosity and humour. Thank you for being so welcoming. Thank you for bringing so much joy to our lives.
When we take to the field next summer it won’t be quite the same without you strolling beside the boundary, but you will be with us in our hearts and in our minds.
